As President of Sales at The Menkiti Group, Joe oversees residential and commercial brokerage operations, ensuring strong agent production and market share growth. The team takes a unique approach with keeping the consumer needs at the forefront by providing and integrated real estate advisor approach to not only buying and selling but providing end to end service by way of brokerage, mortgage, title, and insurance to create a seamless transaction while maximizing the clients financials and experience. 

 

His leadership spans over to the commercial side of the enterprise with the leasing efforts a legacy portfolio of almost 1MM SF and charged to double it in size. Through the founding of FORE – The Future of Real Estate, he has led a 55 member (and growing)broker community representing over 120 brokerages and almost 35,00 real estate professionals, collectively managing over $83 billion in closed volume, fostering industry collaboration, innovation, and advocacy for the future of the industry.
