For the past six years, Karisa has worked alongside her family in their water restoration and renovation company. During this time, she gained valuable skills in project management, time management, and developed a sharp eye for detail. Her hands-on experience also provided her with a deep understanding of home decor and biohazards, while offering personalized service.

Karisa entered real estate with the goal of taking her 14 years of hospitality experience to the next level, while also empowering and educating others, particularly those from communities like hers.
