Martha embarked on her real estate journey in 2003, commencing as an Assistant Property Manager. Three years later, she joined CoStar Group, a prominent Commercial Real Estate database firm. Her tenure with CoStar Group, spanning seven years, saw her evolve into a dual-career real estate agent in 2008. Eager for further growth, she initially focused on aiding acquaintances with their relocation needs. This endeavor contributed to her expertise encompassing numerous neighborhoods throughout Maryland, including Montgomery County, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Frederick, and even Charles County.

Transitioning into a full-time real estate agent in 2014, Martha made the choice to concentrate her service on specific communities. Presently, her primary focus is on Washington, DC, along with Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Prince George’s counties. She continues to offer support to her existing clientele in other parts of Maryland.

Born and raised by her Dominican Mother in Washington, DC, Martha currently resides just beyond the city’s borders with her three wonderful children, who keep her engaged with their academic and sports activities. The area’s diversity is what resonates most with her. Martha and her children cherish outdoor activities like hiking, along with exploring shops, restaurants, and movie theaters. Among all her pursuits, reading holds a special place. Her commitment to volunteer work dates back to 2006, with involvements including Shepherd’s Table, CASA for DC, Montgomery Hospice, and a private women’s shelter in Montgomery County.

Her background in customer service has instilled a fundamental principle – treating others as one wishes to be treated. Offering genuine attention without ulterior motives characterizes Martha’s approach as a remarkable sales professional. She’s an adept problem solver, and an innovative thinker, and takes pride in her ability to think outside the box. The most gratifying aspect of her role as a real estate agent and property manager is witnessing the joyous expressions during the key exchange.

Today, Martha has amalgamated her diverse skill set and experiences to provide clients with an all-encompassing solution. Her services extend to Selling, Buying, Renting, and managing both Residential and Commercial Real Estate across Washington DC and Maryland.
